ACCOUNT SUCCESS
Prepare an account review from the story behind the status.
An account status tells you where to look. Preparing for a decision requires understanding what the status means.

What the status means
Which customer goal is affected? What changed since the last review? Which commitments remain open? Which evidence supports the proposed next step?
Those questions often cross the CRM, support history, documents and conversations around the account.
Start with the decision
Choose what the review needs to resolve. It may be ownership of an overdue commitment, agreement on a recovery step or confirmation that a technical issue affects a customer objective.
The decision determines which context is relevant. It also helps distinguish useful evidence from information that happens to be available.
Ask for preparation you can examine
An AI-prepared summary is most useful when the reviewer can inspect its sources and identify what remains uncertain.
A proposed follow-up should explain why it matters, which commitment it supports and what evidence is missing. The reviewer can then challenge the interpretation or request further investigation.
Keep the result for the next review
Record the agreed next step, its owner and the basis for the decision. Track the result separately from the request to perform it.
That checkpoint gives the next review somewhere reliable to begin.
This is the workflow SpineWorkspace is designed around: permitted context, AI preparation, human judgment and an outcome that stays connected to the account. The supported sources and operations need to be established for each evaluation.
