Business entities
Accounts, people, organizations, work items, and other modeled resources.
The context and continuity layer
Applications store records. Teams make decisions. AI sees only what a session or connection reveals. Spine Fabric links the authorized facts and relationships needed to understand the work across all three.
Accounts, people, organizations, work items, and other modeled resources.
How entities, events, commitments, and people are connected.
Relevant changes, risks, opportunities, and operational events.
Source references, lineage, timestamps, and confidence boundaries.
Decisions, commitments, proposals, approvals, and observed outcomes that remain useful beyond a single interaction.
Spine Fabric does not declare itself the system of record for every field. Source systems remain authoritative. Where sources disagree, the right response is to preserve lineage, expose the conflict, and resolve it through an authorized process.
The same business relationships can be projected into Workbench, retrieved by Twin, or exposed through permitted Spine Network MCP capabilities. Each consumer receives only the context allowed by the applicable authority.
Useful context must have a lifecycle: discover, evaluate, promote when appropriate, update, and reconcile. Durable context does not mean retaining every conversation or ignoring privacy boundaries.
