Your first workspace journey

Start working. Let context grow as connections become ready.

The first experience should not be a blank dashboard or an intimidating integration project. Activation helps your workspace understand who you are, what the organization does, what matters, and which sources are ready.

01

A guided setup with visible progress

  1. 01

Welcome: See the activation journey and preserve the initiating host and destination.

  2. 02

Identity and organization: Confirm the right person and business context.

  3. 03

Organization profile: Add industry, size, functions, products or services, and working terminology.

  4. 04

Goals and KPIs: Identify priorities that make initial context useful.

  5. 05

Workspace setup: Confirm environment, membership, and role boundaries.

  6. 06

Host and source discovery: Inspect what the selected host actually exposes.

  7. 07

Connector selection: Choose or inherit suitable authorized connections where supported.

  8. 08

Readiness: Validate identity, binding, available schema, and the state of data processing.

  9. 09

Invite teammates: Add colleagues and initial access when ready.

  10. 10

Complete: Enter your workspace and continue work.

Some optional steps can happen later. The aim is first useful work, not forcing every possible integration on day one.

02

A truthful readiness view

A connected host may be ready while a source sync is pending. A source may be authorized while no business context has been projected. Activation distinguishes these states so users know what can be relied upon.

Continue with context

Move from understanding to the right next step.

Historical recall does not grant authority. Scoped access and explicit approval still apply.

Capability availability varies by tenant, host, and profile. Marketing describes design intent unless a page states verified evidence.
